These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.c-idea.com.ngand the services we provide, including website design and development, custom software and AI solutions, content and brand work, and our technology education programs (collectively, the "Services"). Cryptiq Ideas is a digital studio operating in Nigeria. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, registering for a program, or engaging us for a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, such as a school or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised institution, to register for our programs or enter into an agreement with us. Where a school registers students for the School Partnership Program, the school confirms that it has the necessary authority and consent to enrol those students.

3. Our Services

We provide professional web design and development, full-stack engineering, AI integration, web maintenance, content writing and strategy, brand consultation, and education programs including the AI Web Designer Bootcamp and the School Partnership Program. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are agreed separately with you in writing or through the relevant registration page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, and to refuse service where necessary.

4. Registration and Accounts

When you register for a program, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the information you submit and for any activity carried out under your registration. We may decline or cancel a registration if we believe the information provided is false, incomplete, or being used improperly.

5. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

Prices for our programs are displayed on the relevant registration pages. Bootcamp registration is charged at the rate shown at checkout. School Partnership pricing is calculated based on the number of students and the student category, including bulk pricing where applicable. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, NOWPayments. You agree to pay all fees due for the Services you register for.

A registration is confirmed once payment has been received and we have verified the details. Slot availability is limited and is allocated on a first-confirmed basis. Refunds, transfers, and slot confirmations are handled according to program availability and the refund terms communicated to you at the time of registration. If you have any question about a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

6. Program Participation

Our education programs are delivered over a defined period through mentorship, workshops, and practical project work. Outcomes depend in part on your participation and effort. While we are committed to delivering high-quality instruction and support, we do not guarantee any specific employment, income, certification, or other result. You agree to engage respectfully with mentors, instructors, and other participants.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, the Cryptiq Ideas name and brand, and the design and layout of the site — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. For client projects, ownership of deliverables is governed by the specific agreement for that project. Educational materials provided during our programs are for your personal learning use and may not be redistributed or resold without permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or Services to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• upload or transmit harmful code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• misrepresent your identity or provide fraudulent payment or registration information;
• copy, scrape, or exploit our content or Services for unauthorised commercial purposes.

9. Third-Party Services and Content

Our Services rely on third-party providers, including our payment processor and hosting infrastructure. We may also link to third-party services or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
